Privacy and Subscription Policy
NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE
Users who sign up for our marketing emails receive a 15% discount on their first purchase. A consumer provides their email address and consents to receive emails in exchange for a discount provided via coupon code. To opt in, a user must enter their email address into the form and submit it. A user may unsubscribe from our marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email footer at any time. Participating in any incentive program is entirely optional, you will have to opt-in to the program and you can opt-out of each program at any time by following the instructions in the program.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

SPECIAL NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Site is hosted in the United States and is intended for and directed to users in the U.S. If you are a consumer accessing the Site from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from U.S. laws, please be advised that, through your continued use of the Site, which is governed by U.S. law and this Policy, you are transferring your Personal Information and other information to the U.S., and you consent to such transfer.
Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a one month subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to terms of our cancellation policy.
Term Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial upfront payment for the entire term at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription with Grandma Lucy’s LLC. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
TERM 3, 6, & 12 MO. SUBSCRIPTIONS – By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for the full term of monthly subscriptions. Once term has expired, a recurring subscription renewal fee will be processed at the then-current subscription fee. You will be notified via email before term renewal fee is processed. You may cancel your Subscription an anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
AUTOMATIC TERM RENEWAL CONDITIONS - We bill your credit card for the term subscription renewal fee in the first month of your next term subscription.
