1 cup Pawburger Helper, dry mix, for the bind
2 tbsp BBQ Rub, dry mix, for the glaze
2 tbsp Ranch, dry mix, for the drizzle
1 lb ground beef, raw
1 egg
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Water, as needed for the glaze and drizzle
Prepare the Pawburger Helper according to package directions and let it thicken.
Mix it by hand into the raw beef with the egg and parsley. Roll into walnut-size balls and place on a lined sheet pan.
Whisk the BBQ Rub with a splash of water into a paste and brush it over each meatball.
Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, until cooked all the way through. Cool completely.
Prepare the Ranch to a thin drizzling consistency and zigzag it lightly over the meatballs.
Refrigerate up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. For freezing, add the Ranch after reheating and cooling.
