Mini Chicken Pot Pies

Ingredients

    • 1 cup Fresh 2.0 Chicken dry mix

    • 1/2 cup Pawburger Helper dry mix

    • 2 tbsp peas, thawed

    • 2 tbsp carrot, finely diced

    • 1 egg, for the crust

    • 1 tbsp water, if needed for the crust

    Directions

    1. Prepare the Fresh 2.0 Chicken according to package directions, keeping the mixture on the thick side. Fold in the peas and carrot.

    2. Divide the filling between two small oven-safe ramekins.

    3. For the crust, blend the Pawburger Helper into a flour. Mix with the egg and up to 1 tablespoon water to form a dough, then press flat between sheets of parchment.

    4. Cut two rounds of dough and place one over each ramekin. Cut a vent in the center of each crust.

    5. Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes, until the crust is firm. Cool completely before serving.

    6. Storage: Refrigerate covered and use within 4 days.
