These No-Bake Oat Bites are a quick and easy treat perfect for those who claim they can't cook. With a delightful combination of peanut butter and coconut, these bites are not only simple to make but also healthy and satisfying.
No-Bake Oat Bites

Ingredients

    • 1 cup dry mix, from Banana Flax Overnight Oats

    • 3 tbsp dog-friendly peanut butter, xylitol-free

    • 2 tbsp plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

    • 2 tbsp water, plus more if needed

    • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut, for rolling

    Directions

    1. Mix the dry oats, peanut butter, yogurt, and water in a bowl until the mixture holds together like cookie dough.

    2. If it crumbles, add water 1 teaspoon at a time. If it is too sticky, add a spoonful of dry mix.

    3. Roll into walnut-size balls, then roll each one in the coconut.

    4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

    5. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
