Ingredients

Crust

Grandma Lucys Organic Oven Baked Dog Treats- any flavor, we used cranberry for the crust

      Creamy Peanut butter

Filling

      2 cups of Grandma Lucy’s freeze-dried food-any recipe, we used Artisan Pre-Mix

      1 and1/2 cups of water

8 oz. bar of cream cheese

1 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt

Topping

      Strawberries

Grandma Lucys Organic Oven Baked Dog treats- any flavor, we used blueberry on top

Directions

  1. Place the treats that will be used for the crust in a zip lock bag and crush them into small crumbs.
  2. Mix the crumbs and peanut butter either in a stand mixer with paddle attachment or in bowl with wooden spoon until moldable
  3. Press the crumb mixture to the bottom of the pie tin to create the crust layer.
  4. For the next layer mix the food recipe of choice with 1 and ½ cups of water, let the food rehydrate for 3-5 minutes and then lay it evenly over the crust. Refrigerate while making the next layer.
  5. Next mix the cream cheese and Greek yogurt together using a whisk and lay that on top of the food layer.
  6. For the topping we used strawberries cut into little hearts.
  7. Lastly, we decorated the top with some more organic bear treats.
  8. Freeze for 4 hours.
  9. May need to let the cake soften slightly before cutting.
  10. Serve and enjoy!!!
